Not all frozen grief is necessarily ambiguous grief. But in many cases, it is, and that can worsen the entire grieving process. 3.   It Can Be Born From Repression

- Your grief is frozen because you refuse to address it, meaning it is already repressed and is the reason you can’t move forward.
