Chia seed recipe: Add it to your oatmeal!

A tasty new chia seed recipe is a golden treasure in the mind of almost any healthy eater. Athletes consider Chia a “high-octane” food that keeps all cylinders firing for extended periods of time. “I saved a serving or two of my “chia pet” or raw chia pudding from last night then added it to my morning oatmeal; I personally see this as a stroke of genius… but I digress. So, here is a little bit more about the tiny little seeds that offer you so much benefit.
